The Jungle Book

(2016) PG ● 3PM, BBC1 ★★★★ Disney’s loose remake of its own 1967 animated classic ditches most of the songs, but makes up for that with some splendidly realised animal characters, voiced by an A-list cast. Bill Murray stands out as a lovely, lumbering Baloo, while Christopher Walken is a formidable King Louie.
