BBC Proms 2020

7.30PM, RADIO 3 HHHH One of the standout musical moments of this past summer was a performance by Sheku and Isata Kanneh-mason of music by Barber, Beethoven and Rachmaninov. The siblings are still young, but the depth of their emotional understanding of these works, coupled with their talent, was astounding. Covid restrictions meant they played to an empty Royal Albert Hall, adding another layer of poignancy to this Prom.
