CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

Serves 1

● Prep 10 mins plus chilling

● 1 banana, plus extra to serve

● 30g porridge oats

● 120ml unsweetene­d almond milk

● 2tbsp chocolate peanut butter powder (from supermarke­ts)

● A pinch of salt

Mash half the banana in a bowl, chop the rest and add to the bowl with the remaining ingredient­s. Stir, cover and chill overnight. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, stir and serve topped with extra sliced banana and fresh fruit (optional).
