CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS
Serves 1
● Prep 10 mins plus chilling
● 1 banana, plus extra to serve
● 30g porridge oats
● 120ml unsweetened almond milk
● 2tbsp chocolate peanut butter powder (from supermarkets)
● A pinch of salt
Mash half the banana in a bowl, chop the rest and add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and chill overnight. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, stir and serve topped with extra sliced banana and fresh fruit (optional).
