Rick Stein’s food for the soul

Rick Stein’s Cornwall on BBC2 has been so uplifting. After listening to the six o’clock news each day, it’s proved such a relief to switch channels and watch the travelogue with the Padstow-based chef [pictured]. Championing the culture of Cornwall, and offering beautiful landscapes, interviews with the locals and Cornish recipes, the series left us hungry for the next episode.
