The documentary-maker Athar Ahmad grew up in west London, and went to a local secondary school that had a reputation for being rough. Like Athar, some pupils did well, but three of his classmates are now dead, having been brutally murdered. Every afternoon this week, Athar looks at the factors that took him and those classmates down such different routes.
