En route back to London, she stops off in the Brecon Beacons, explores cider country and visits St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall. And, in the capital, Joanna has a heart-warming encounter with 95-year-old Allan Wilmot (right), of the Windrush generation, who formed a band that performed with Shirley Bassey and Tommy Steele.

A 15-year-old is fatally stabbed in a park in Coventry and, as the team collect evidence at the scene, it becomes clear that the murder weapon is not among the items they’ve found. The focus turns to two key pieces – a mobile phone and the victim’s blood-soaked jacket. Can science lead West Midlands Police to the killer?

9PM, CH5 ★★★ For this batch of revisit episodes, Ben returns to the remote UK locations of six families whom he first met in the series some five years ago. He starts in the Yorkshire Dales, where shepherdess Amanda Owen and husband Clive – of Our Yorkshire Farm fame – have grown their family since Ben’s last visit. SA
