PRINCESS MARGARET: QUEEN OF MUSTIQUE

9PM, CH5 ★★★★

Margaret, the younger sister of the Queen, was a famously glamorous royal, known for her scandalous affairs, and was definitely not one to miss a party. The media’s cameras rarely left her alone, so it was to Mustique, the secluded – but also primitive – Caribbean island that the Princess (right, front) frequently escaped. This is the story of how Mustique shaped her life. She shared her island home with her husband, Antony Armstrong-jones – and subsequent lovers – but it was also the place where she was truly able to be herself.

THE MASKED SINGER: THE FINAL

7PM, ITV ★★★★★ So far in this second series of the enjoyably bonkers contest, we have learned that Martine Mccutcheon was the Swan, Mel B the Seahorse, and Lenny Henry the Blob. In tonight’s final, the remaining three costumed celebrities – Sausage, Robin and Badger – will be unmasked, and a winner crowned. Did you guess right?

SECRETS OF THE ROYAL PALACES

8PM, CH5 ★★★★ In tonight’s episode, there’s the story of an early-19th-century royal tomb raider, a reappraisal for a painting in the royal art collection and the inside scoop on the balcony at Buckingham Palace – and the royal children who have misbehaved on it. We also learn more about Holyrood House in Edinburgh, home to Mary, Queen of Scots.

CASUALTY

8.20PM, BBC1 ★★★

Faith is back at work, but not back in the marital home, and Lev isn’t making it easy for her. Connie’s daughter, Grace, stops by for a visit, but has terrifying flashbacks to the helicopter crash that nearly killed her. Fenisha and Ethan, meanwhile, are still failing miserably to reconnect – and then, disaster strikes. SIMONE ANDREWS
