Emma Willis is back on the maternity ward for a new, third series of Delivering Babies (10pm, W), filmed during the pandemic. Here’s a rundown of Emma’s career so far…

● Born Emma Griffiths in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham on March 18, 1976, she became a model at the age of 17, working for magazines including Marie Claire and Vogue.

● Her TV break came on MTV in 2002, and her early career in TV presenting included guest hosting popular shows such as This Morning and CD:UK.

● By 2007, Emma had her own show, presenting ITV2’S I’m A Celebrity… spin-off – with her husband and 2006 King Of The Jungle, Matt Willis, from the pop band Busted. The couple married in 2008, and have three children:

Isabelle, 11, Ace, nine, and Trixie, four.

● Also in 2007, Emma began her link to Big Brother, guest presenting the Big Mouth spin-off show on E4. In 2013, after the show had moved to its new home on Ch5, Emma took over as the main presenter for the 14th series.

● In 2014, Emma joined the BBC’S version of The Voice UK, continuing as the presenter of the main show and the kids’ spin-off when it moved to ITV.

● She continues her primetime presenting work, but since qualifying as a midwifery care assistant on Delivering Babies, she has found mucking in hugely rewarding: ‘Honestly, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I love it.’
