THE CURE: LIVE IN HYDE PARK

9PM, SKY ARTS ★★★ In July 1978, the band performed their first-ever gig as The Cure at a pub in Crawley. Forty years later, in London’s Hyde Park, Robert Smith (left) and co performed to a much larger crowd – around 65,000 – to mark all that happened in between. This film, nicely shot at sundown, captures that day.
