The first leg begins at the Great Hangman sea cliff in north Devon and, over two days, Michael will wend his way along the rugged path to Woolacombe. He will be focusing on the healing and restorative power of the region and, joining instructor Vince on a kayak (right), he officially exits his comfort zone.
