Using augmented reality 3-D imaging, Kate and a team of doctors can see inside the body and talk patients through their diagnosis and treatment options. The images are blownup to a giant size – and be warned, it can be a bit icky – but the intention is not to gross us out but to help us better understand what’s going on. Tonight, there’s a happy ending for Hilda, whose extreme and rare case of fibroids has caused her years of pain and distress.
