OUR HOUSE 9PM, ITV

★★★★

The surprises just keep coming in ITV’S four-part thriller, which starts out with a pretty big one when mum Fiona (Tuppence Middleton, right) returns to the family home and finds a new couple in her house – and they claim they own it. There are a lot of possibilities at this point in the plot – time travel and the supernatural, to name but two – but this show seems to be very much grounded in real life, and in the problems between Fiona and her husband (Martin Compston). There’s a slightly unreal air to it all, though, which will make seeing part two a must.

KATIE PRICE: WHAT HARVEY DID NEXT 9PM, BBC1 ★★★

This emotional documentary captures the next stage of life for Katie Price’s 19-yearold son, Harvey, who lives with autism and a number of disabilities, as he leaves home behind for National Star College in Cheltenham. It’s a coming-of-age story of sorts, and full of ups and downs.

THE REAL PEAKY BLINDERS 9PM, BBC2

★★★★

Steven Knight was inspired to write Peaky Blinders by the gangster tales told to him by his dad and, when you hear some of those stories in this new series, and see the images from the time, you can really understand why. The faces of figures such as Sam Sheldon, the real-life Tommy Shelby, are full of stories waiting to be told.

MOORS MURDERS: THE TRIAL 9PM, CH4 ★★★

The last in this chilling series deals with the press-packed trial of Myra Hindley and Ian Brady, and explores how cocky and without remorse they appeared in court – this was a stage to them. ‘It was a game,’ recalls Hindley’s brother-inlaw, David Smith, a witness to the last of the couple’s killings.
