OUR DREAM FARM WITH MATT BAKER 4.55PM, CH4

Matt is clearly in his element hosting this rural, Apprentice-style show – but now, the search for the ideal tenant for the farm on the National Trust’s Wallington Estate is coming to an end. There are only three applicants left, all of whom are in touching distance of their dream, but before a winner is chosen, the cattle must be turned out on to grass and the ewes protected against a parasite. The finalists also get to mingle with the local community over some drinks. On the last day of the competition, the applicants have to present their business plans to the National Trust’s Giles and Sally (luckily, the pair are not as spiky as Lord Sugar). Which pitch will impress them the most? Emotions run high as we find out who will join Team Wallington.

THE RESPONDER 9PM, BBC1

At the end of episode three, Rachel beat up her abusive ex, Steve, while in uniform. Now, Rachel, Chris and Steve (Adelayo Adedayo, Martin Freeman and Philip Barantini) are at the police station – and Rachel needs to get her story straight or she could end up in court. Meanwhile, Chris has Franny’s encrypted phone, but can’t decide whether to hand it over to the drug squad or return it to Franny, and the pair end up playing a game of cat-and-mouse across the city. Plus, Marco is visited by social services.

REDEYE 9PM, ITV1

The finale of this engrossing – if slightly outlandish – thriller begins with a flashback. At last, after five episodes, we get to see what really happened in Beijing on the night of Shen Zhao’s death, when Dr Nolan’s (Richard Armitage) troubles began, and we’re made aware of the full extent of the CIA’S involvement. Now we know who the villains are, it’s a case of watching the rest of the characters catch up – and it’s very satisfying, too. The North China Air flight 375, which Hana (Jing Lusi) instructed to turn around in the last episode, finally lands at an airbase back in the UK (you have to feel for the innocent passengers on board who’ve endured the flight from hell). Will Delaney (Lesley Sharp, above) and MI5 finally get the bad guys? And will Dr Nolan and Hana make it out unscathed?
