Law of ageing catches up with a chunkier Jude
JUDE Law’s done rather better than most men of nearly 40 at retaining his youthful looks.
But could it be that age is finally beginning to catch up with the film star?
Perhaps it’s the face he’s pulling, or those huge sideburns, or even that hint of a tummy – but, judging by this picture, he’s not quite the matinee idol he used to be.
Maybe it’s just those unflattering yellow swimming trunks that make him look heavier than he did there years ago on a trip to Barbados. Not that any of this appears to bother Law very much – and nor should it.
He’s still in demand at 39, with four film roles already lined up for next year.
The actor was seen laughing and joking with friends before plunging into the Mediterranean from the seafront at St Tropez at the weekend.
The BAFTA-winning star is currently based in the South of France where he is shooting the movie Dom Hemingway with another British actor, Richard E Grant.
He plays the starring role of a notorious systems hacker in a black comedy set predominantly in London. Law has dated some of the world’s most attractive women including model Lily Cole and actress Sienna Miller.
The heart- throb has three children with his ex-wife, the actress Sadie Frost – Raffety, 16, Iris, 12 and Rudy, ten.
