SERIES FINALE

Starlings, 9pm, Sky1

THE second series concludes on the day of Bell and Reuben’s wedding, when a string of miniature disasters (more practical than emotional) threatens to derail it altogether. The drama is overstretched in the run-up, but everyone looks great, and the payoff in the final third is good fun. Also, the true romance of the episode doesn’t quite lie where you’d expect.
