Quiet please! Tennis club fury at dominatrix next-door and the screams from her dungeon

- By Emine Sinmaz

A SUBURBAN dominatrix has been reported to the police after ‘whipping’ and ‘screaming’ noises from her dungeon upset her middle- class neighbours and a nearby tennis club.

Former pastry chef ‘Mistress Evilyne’, 31, charges between £200 an hour and £1,200 a night to torture and humiliate clients from the comfort of her £750,000 detached home in Orpington, Kent.

The Exeter University graduate offers more than 50 services from the ‘Dungeon Manor’, some of which involve customers sitting in a bath of baked beans, having their ears pulled, and becoming ‘human ashtrays’.

Others include 24-hour domination, shoe worship, foot torture, bondage, caning, food play, spitting and pinching.

But Mistress Evilyne’s neighbours and staff at nearby Knoll Orpington Lawn Tennis Club have complained to police about the goings- on in the leafy street where houses sell for more than £1million.

Armed police recently visited the property after neighbours became alarmed when Miss Evilyne hired out her dungeon to a production company, which filmed a scene involving ‘ toy plastic truncheons’ outside her front door.

Neighbours have expressed concerns about their children witnessing the goings- on, with one complaining that her teenage son saw a handcuffed man being whipped.

One neighbour, who asked not be named, said: ‘ In more recent times the sounds of whipping and screaming have been heard outside the front of the address.

‘That we now have a bondage and masochism working dungeon and slave quarters in our leafy little street in Orpington has really shocked us all.’

Another added: ‘It’s ridiculous – there are children living here and all you can hear all day is “slap, slap, scream” coming from the house. They ought to go and do it somewhere else.’

A third neighbour said: ‘You can hear whipping and screaming sometimes and people have complained to the police. This is certainly not going to help property prices around here.’

Staff at the tennis club added: ‘We host Crofton School for coaching and we are concerned the children might be exposed to something that they shouldn’t see at their age. Is it legal?’

Mistress Evilyne defended her business, saying: ‘My business is legal, I’m registered with HMRC and no sexual services are offered. People come to us with their fantasies, and we make them come true – anything from being put in a bath of baked beans to being forced to act like a dog. We are not loud.

‘They think I’m running a brothel, and I’m not – maybe they should come for a visit.

‘There is a lack of understanding about fetishes, and men generally keep it a secret from everyone in their life – maybe some of the wives around here are worried.’

The dominatrix describes herself as an ‘upper- class English rose that you have dreamt of but never believed could exist’. Her website states: ‘ A graceful and wellspoken lady, of youthful and chaste looks, she hides beneath this demeanour a most cunning and mischievous wickedness.’

Police are understood to have found no evidence of illegal activity at the address.

A Met Police spokesman said: ‘We haven’t made any arrests but there has been a call to the location in the last week.

‘That was a noise complaint about filming that was going on.’

‘It’s “slap, slap, scream” all day’
