Get rid of Rooney

AS A DIE-HARD Manchester United fan, I share the views of thousands who

are calling for Wayne Rooney to be removed from the team.

Mr Van Gaal must not start a game with Rooney again — he’s out of shape, can’t shoot properly and doesn’t seem able to play a pass. he’s an embarrassment to his Old Trafford team mates. It would be best for him to be quickly retired to Major League Soccer in the U.S. or to ply his trade in China.
