HENRIK STENSON turned ‘a five per cent chance of playing’ into a share of the lead after the first round of the Nedbank Golf Challenge as Danny Willett made an excellent start to his title defence in South Africa. Stenson, 39, has been suffering from flu and admitted his mind was ‘not in the right place’ after a long year. But after deciding to play the event he is six under alongside local favourite Jaco van Zyl, with Willett one back.
