‘Moneybags’ QC’s new love pens a VERY steamy poem

-

Left-wing barrister Michael ‘Moneybags’ Mansfield QC — famed for helping overturn the convictions of the Birmingham Six and alleged Jill Dando killer Barry george — left his 65-year-old wife last year and embarked on a relationship with a would-be TV presenter.

the new object of his affections, Yvette greenway, is certainly a woman of many hidden talents.

She has posted a poem, the Cup Of Comfort, on the Silence Of Suicide facebook forum set up in honour of Mansfield’s daughter Anna, who died last May.

‘time for a quick break from working to pop up another of my poems,’ writes greenway. ‘Be sure to read through until the end (!) and i hope this helps brighten your day.’

eyebrows will be raised from the opening lines. ‘Hold me close, feel my warmth, caress my body, enjoy how taut i feel as you pull me near, enjoy my silence, let me permeate your thoughts. wrap both your hands around my middle, squeeze a little, i won’t giggle.’

it continues in similar breathless vein: ‘frothing and foaming, your vocal cords groaning, the walls of your throat oiled by my stroke. Orgasmic in intensity, as i devour you, possess you, demonise your sanity.’

Only in the final line does greenway reveal her poem should be read as a

double entendre: ‘i’m your cup of comfort Hot Chocolate.’

it has won favour with followers. ‘i was about to demand an 18 rating for that,’ says one. ‘i’ll never look at a hot chocolate in the same way again,’ says another.

On greenway’s professional website, Mansfield offers a glowing testimonial to her journalistic skills, but there is no mention of what he makes of her poetry.

Last summer, the QC, 74, got into hot water when he was reportedly arrested, then released without charge after a night in the cells, following an alleged assault at a hot-tub party.

greenway, 51, a divorced mother of two who runs an online video and events business called Anna Christian Productions Ltd, is thought to have been caught up in the incident.
