DEFROST your frozen car lock by blowing into the keyhole through a straw (this prevents your lips freezing to it!) or spritzing it with hand sanitizer.

The hot air from your breath and alcohol in the hand cleanser will melt any ice inside the lock in a flash.

To stop your car doors freezing shut overnight, simply wipe a little cooking oil spray around the rubber seals before you go to bed.
