Coleen at 30 . . . and the mums are here to party
WHEN a girl has to dress for a landmark birthday, choosing an outfit can be an epic affair.
But when you have just returned from the beaches of Barbados with a golden tan, everything becomes so much easier – it has to be white.
And, sure enough, Coleen Rooney showed up for her 30th birthday bash yesterday in a white limousine, wearing a white flowing Grecian-style dress with sheer veil, white clutch and stilettos.
Not to be outdone, her mother Colette – also fresh from the Caribbean sun – showed up in a white gown with gold accoutrements for the party at Victor’s, an American restaurant in Hale, Cheshire.
An elaborate birthday cake, shaped in the number 30 and decorated with flowers, was seen being
‘Family holiday’
carefully unloaded before the party for the wife of England and Manchester United forward Wayne. Rooney’s mother Jeanette shunned the white theme, arriving in a black outfit, holding a bag of gifts.
Also joining the birthday girl was fellow England and Manchester United WAG Lisa Carrick, wife of midfielder Michael Carrick.
Wayne Rooney arrived later with his friend James Bay after the pair were seen earlier in the day watching the game against Everton at Old Trafford.
Coleen’s big night out came just two days after she left Barbados following a family holiday.
The WAG spent a week in the Caribbean with her parents and three sons, while her husband remained at home having treatment for a football injury.
