GETTING a date with a world leader must take a certain amount of confidence.

And Wendi Deng – rumoured to be in a ‘serious’ relationship with Vladimir Putin – showed she’s anything but shy yesterday as she opted for a strapless red bikini on holiday in the Caribbean. Revealing her slim figure, the 47-yearold mother of two was seen enjoying a beach on St Barts with friends.

The ex-wife of media mogul Rupert Murdoch has been staying on the £300million 536ft yacht of Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich – a close friend of President Putin. Mr Abramovich’s wife Dasha Zhukova is close to Miss Deng.

The Chinese businesswoman and Putin, 63, were recently said to be dating by US Weekly magazine. She split from Mr Murdoch in 2013, while Mr Putin and his wife Lyudmila separated the following year.
