WE ALL know what it’s like to worry about what to wear, whether it’s for work or a special occasion.

Trying on endless outfits can be hugely stressful, especially if we’re not satisfied with the way we look.

When you look in the mirror, try to accept yourself with non-judgmental awareness. Be aware of your inner critic (which we all have). When it says ‘my hips look big’, recognise this, take a deep breath and, instead, say: ‘This is who I am. Thank you.’

As you start to be kinder to yourself, getting ready will become a calming technique. Believe that everyone has beauty — and that includes you, too.
