CROONER Julian Ovenden
is known for his crowdpleasing tunes. But the royals were rather po-faced when the former Eton chorister rattled out some Rodgers and Hammerstein hits at the Queen’s 90th birthday dinner at Windsor Castle on Thursday. Ovenden, 39, son of the Queen’s former chaplain, tells me that none of the 28 royals joined in his big band rendition of Happy Birthday. That’s the party spirit!
