Boris steps out with his lady in blue

-

FORMER Wimbledon champion Boris Becker’s first wife left him after he conceived a child with a model in a broom cupboard at a Mayfair restaurant.

Luckily, Boris was on his best behaviour when he visited Sexy Fish in Mayfair on Tuesday night, not least because he was with his 39-year-old second wife, Lilly, pictured, who was dressed in a cobalt-blue trouser suit with secretary-style specs and a neat black handbag.

Earlier in the day, the 48-year-old tennis ace picked up a bouquet and could not resist posting the snap on social media of himself holding the flowers. ‘Just because... there is never a bad time giving your woman flowers!’ he wrote.

Talk about laying it on with a trowel.

HE’S one of this country’s best-loved entertainers, has been knighted by the Queen and is to receive a special Bafta award for his outstanding contribution to TV next month, but Sir Lenny Henry is still the victim of racial abuse.

The 57- year- old comedian has disclosed that he was subjected to abuse on the internet and in person while using public transport in the capital. ‘The day after I made a diversity speech at Bafta, I was racially abused online,’ says Henry, who cofounded Comic Relief. ‘I haven’t been racially abused since school.’

The abuse was even more unpleasant when delivered to his face.

‘It also happened on a train in South London. Literally, this person was saying: “They should all be

Sir Lenny: I still suffer racist abuse

exterminated. They should go back to Africa.” This was said very loudly on a Tube carriage.’

Did he respond? ‘No,’ he says, trying to see the funny side. ‘I went and sat near a very large black lady, in the hope that she’d protect me if things kicked off!’
