The 55-year-old is a fan of paddle-boarding, yoga and gym workouts. ‘I try to do Ashtanga yoga two to three times a week,’ she says.

‘I’ve also started working out with a trainer, doing light weights and a lot of jumping around.’

WHAT TO TRY: Dumb-bell flyes are great for the chest. Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat. Hold a dumb-bell or bottle of water in each hand.

Raise both arms above your chest, elbows slightly bent and knuckles facing out, with palms in.

Open your arms wide to the sides and lower until your elbows are in line with your shoulders and your knuckles are almost touching the floor. Bring back to the starting position and repeat 12 to 15 times.

As you get fitter, repeat the set two to three times.
