We’ll still be welcome
IT WOULD seem that the main reason young voters are sceptical about a Brexit is that they think they will be unable to travel and work freely on the continent. What rubbish!
In the Sixties, I worked two summer seasons in Belgium, and two years in Stuttgart. For the latter, I needed a work permit which was granted. It was no big deal, and I now get a monthly pension from Germany.
Also, in the years between 1961 and our entering the then eec, my friends and I travelled frequently each year on the continent.
Why on earth would europe wish to cut off all that revenue from Britain? The young vote should not be manipulated by this ridiculous lie.
