£4 face cream is Ab Fab

WHILE I don’t quite buy Joanna Lumley’s assertion that she’s never had a facelift, I completely believe her when she says she uses a £4 face cream made by Astral. There really is no need to spend a lot of money on a moisturiser: all it is, really, is oil and water in emulsion. The only difference between Astral and a pricier brand is the amount of money that goes into the packaging and, of course, the marketing. With a vintage glamourpuss like Lumley endorsing their product, Astral clearly doesn’t have much to worry about in that department.
