SURELY the two-year ban on Maria Sharapova’s tennis career was imposed out of spite, considering that the performance- enhancing drug meldonium was not a banned substance when she took it.

Am I at risk of prosecution for taking the strong painkiller Tramadol while driving, as it has just been classified as a Class C drug?
