Fury at plan for a fetish sex party at child soft play centre

- Daily Mail Reporter

FETISHISTS tried to book a children’s soft play centre in order to hold an X-rated bondage party.

Organisers planned to add ‘dungeon furniture’ and said a climbing frame would be ‘great for rope and restriction’.

Promoters at the adults-only event – dubbed Kinky Playpen – told attendees ‘all kink is welcome’ but asked them not to wear ‘sharp outfits’ to avoid damage to the play area.

Party-goers were also asked to refrain from full nudity at the £15a-ticket night planned for August. But their plans were scrapped after managers at Westows soft play centre in Brighton discovered the nature of the party and refused to accept the booking.

Parents reacted with outrage yesterday. Mother-of-two Emma Williams, who takes her children

to the play centre, said: ‘I like to think I’m fairly open-minded but there is no way I would take my kids to Westows again if I knew this kind of event had been going on there the night before.

‘Even if it’s not breaking any rules or laws it just feels morally wrong and unhygienic.’

An online advert for the party read: ‘Because of the nature of the soft play the rest of the week we ask no sharps... no full nudity.

‘The soft play frame is great for rope and restriction. Let your... imagination run wild!

‘There will also be dungeon furniture for your more traditional kinks and a tables and chairs area for socialising etc.

‘Music will be on, but we’re not planning on a dance area, this is pure play!’

It claimed two ‘dungeon monitors’ would oversee the event.

Managers at Westows said they refused to accept the booking once they realised what was planned. A note posted on the party promoter’s Facebook page read: ‘They’ve had our event cancelled. So sorry guys.’
