THE boss of The Pensions Regulator bared her fangs this week, beginning legal proceedings against Sir Philip Green over the BHS debacle. The 55-year-old is said to be demanding £100m more than the £250m Green has apparently offered to fill the £571m hole in the fund. Failure to pay could see her go after Sir Shifty’s assets.
