Are you ready for the bikini shot? Carol leads girls into the jungle

- By Tammy Hughes

EATING kangaroo eyeballs and crawling through rat-infested tunnels is a world away from their usually glamorous lifestyles.

But these are the kind of challenges that await this year’s line-up on I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here.

With less than a week till the gruesome reality show begins, the Daily Mail can reveal the unofficial list.

Carol Vorderman, Strictly Come Dancing’s Ola Jordan and ex-radio host Lisa Snowdon will all be bidding to become Queen of the Jungle.

Show bosses will no doubt be hoping Polish-born Miss Jordan, 34, is happy with its voting process, after she quit Strictly last year alleging it was fixed. She is married to fellow dancer James Jordan.

Former model Miss Snowdon, 44, who competed in the 2008 series of Strictly, is most famous for her relationship with George Clooney, whom she dated for five years.

Miss Vorderman, 55, became one of the highest earning women in TV, pocketing £1million a year for Countdown. But the mother of two has been less lucky in love, and has been divorced twice.

Joining them are EastEnders and Gavin & Stacey actor Larry Lamb, 69, veteran radio DJ Danny Baker

‘Most expensive campmate ever’

and footballer Wayne Bridge – whose personal life became the focus of media attention when Chelsea teammate John Terry allegedly had an affair with Vanessa Perroncel, mother of his son. Bridge, 36, is now married to ex- Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge. They have two children.

Baker – whose appearance comes a month after the 59-year-old revealed he was free from cancer – is reported to be the ‘most expensive campmate ever’ after signing a ‘six-figure deal’.

Also heading to the Australian wilderness is 26-year-old Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt, who now has her own radio show, and married fatherof-two Martin Roberts, 53, host of property auction show Homes Under The Hammer for 13 years.

Gold- winning Olympic hockey player Sam Quek, 28, adds another sporting star to the line-up. She is dating millionaire property tycoon Thomas Mairs, 30.

Comedian Joel Dommett, 30, who appeared in the E4 series Skins ‘loves older women and is excited to meet Carol’, according to a show source. Arriving at Brisbane airport yesterday Mr Dommett said: ‘I like maths. I like to show my working out. I think she would appreciate that.’

Completing the cast are Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas, 28, and dancer Jordan Banjo, 23, who is part of group Diversity which won the third series of Britain’s Got Talent.
