Worryingly gaunt face of Brad Pitt
THEY say Brad Pitt is throwing himself into art to get through his messy divorce – spending up to 15 hours a day in a studio.
But if this picture is anything to go by, he may be overdoing it.
The star, 5 , looked gaunt and tired as he arrived at the LA art studio this week. It has been claimed he spends all night working on a sculpture project alongside British artist Thomas Houseago – often listening to ‘emotional songs’.
Pitt’s divorce from Angelina Jolie, 41, has been particularly acrimonious with a bitter battle over custody of their six children. The star filed for divorce in September citing irreconcilable differences. Jolie accused Pitt of being ‘terrified the public will learn the truth’ about his behaviour behind closed doors.
The star was exonerated in Novem- ber by the FBI after an inquiry into claims he was physically abusive to son Maddox during a Europe-bound flight in September. In recent weeks the couple – who were together for 12 years – seemed to call a truce, with Pitt attending the premiere of Jolie’s new film First They Killed My Father. A source said: ‘Brad is fit and healthy… just taking care of himself.’
