Peppa’s £160m US boom

SALES of Peppa Pig are soaring in the US where families are flocking to department stores to pick up character-inspired toys.

Entertainment One, the firm behind the brand, raked in £160m of revenue from retailers for Peppa Pig alone.

Shares yesterday rose 5.8pc, or 13.4p, to 244.6p.
