CANOEIST BULLY CLAIM

A FORMER British star has talked of a ‘toxic environment’ of bullying at British Canoeing. The athlete, who asked to remain anonymous, said: ‘I had numerous conversations with staff regarding another athlete bullying me but nothing was done.’ In a separate issue, British Canoeing have begun an inquest and suspended a coach after a formal complaint in December.
