Full floor plank rotations

ON THE floor, hands out in front of you, directly under shoulders, lift your body into a plank position, so you are on your toes. Your trunk should be solid and your body weight should be over your hands.

Lift right hand off the floor, out to the side, and then above you in line with your shoulder, opening your body to the side. Follow the movement with your eyes.

Slowly lower right hand back to the floor. Switch sides.
