GET on all fours with a box/step/ low chair in front of you, hands on the step, shoulders directly over your hands. Lift body into full plank position, on toes, body in straight line.

Lower right side so right elbow is on the bench, then lower left side. At this point both elbows should be on bench. Tummy tight and with little movement through the hips, place right hand where right elbow was, then do same with left, so back to the start position.

Complete all reps on right side before switching to left.
