Towel raise

GRAB a hand towel in both hands so they are 1m apart, keeping your torso braced and tension in the towel at all times. Standing tall, one foot in front of the other, start with the towel touching the thighs, slowly lift out in front of you, over and then behind the head as far as you can go. Slowly return the towel back to high above the head, then drag it back to the thighs.
