Banana and cashew nut ice cream
SERVES 3-4 2 large ripe bananas, frozen in their skins 2 tbsp cashew nut butter 6 tbsp natural yoghurt TAKE the bananas out of the freezer and leave for 15 minutes. Peel, roughly chop and put the banana into a blender with the cashew nut butter and yoghurt. Blend. Serve immediately, or refreeze. Thaw for 15-30 minutes before serving.
