Mick Jagger’s tribute to his lost ex love
SIR MICK JAGGER made a touching tribute this week to his exgirlfriend, American fashion designer L’Wren Scott, whose suicide devastated the fashion industry when she was found hanged three years ago.
The 73-year-old Rolling Stone, who recently became a father for the eighth time when his girlfriend, 30-year-old ballerina Melanie Hamrick, gave birth to their son, posted this picture (right) online yesterday of L’Wren, on what would have been her 53rd birthday.
He captioned it: ‘Thinking of you on your birthday’.
The pair (pictured below) dated from 2001 until her death in 2014, after which she left her entire estate, estimated at about £7 million, to him.
