Meals? Now we prefer to graze
MORE people are ditching a traditional three-meal day in favour of snacking, a survey by Sainsbury’s has found.
Hectic lifestyles have encouraged almost three-quarters of Britons to replace meals with ‘grazing’, snacking on smaller food items regularly.
One in five respondents said they were simply too busy to eat three meals a day.
Women were shown to be the nation’s biggest grazers – with 75 per cent preferring to eat little and often.
