Investor anger at Dulux

ANOTHER senior shareholder has lashed out at Dulux’s owner Akzo Nobel over its handling of takeover talks with US rival PPG.

Intrinsic Value Investors has asked Akzo – which rejected PPG’s third £22.5bn this week – to make its analysis public. It joins the list of investors led by hedge fund Elliott.
