£600m takeover spat

tHE Australian law firm crippled by its takeover of an injury claims business is believed to be planning to sue for £600m.

Slater and Gordon is expected to claim it was duped into buying Quindell’s ambulance- chasing business. AIM-listed Watchstone Group, the new name for Quindell, says the claim has no merit and it will defend itself.
