Homemade hummus

SERVES 4 l 250g tinned chickpeas, drained l Juice ½-1 lemon l 1 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste) l 1 tsp sea salt l 1 garlic clove, finely chopped l 5 tbsp olive oil SIMPLY blend together all the ingredient­s in a food processor, or with a hand blender, until you have a creamy paste.
