Heidi gives no frills chain a Lidl bit of style
THEY may not seem at first to have much in common, apart from being German. But supermodel Heidi Klum and budget supermarket Lidl are joining forces. Miss Klum, 44, pictured, has put together a ‘high-end yet affordable’ fashion range for the chain. It will be available at Lidl’s 650 UK stores, although supermarket bosses are keeping full details under wraps. Miss Klum, a mother of four, already has lingerie, swimwear and women’s fitness wear ranges.
She said: ‘Lidl is known for making quality products at affordable prices and I’m proud to partner with them on this fashion collaboration. I had so much fun designing the pieces in this collection and can’t wait for you to see it.’
Ryan McDonnell, Lidl UK’s commercial director, said: ‘Heidi is an incredible source of inspiration. We are extremely excited about offering our most premium fashion range to date.’
