MAYWEATHER NAMES BIG DAY

FLOYD MAYWEATHER has confirmed he will fight UFC’s Conor McGregor in las Vegas on August 26.

the orthodox boxing match will be the biggest-grossing event in combat sports since Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao finally got it together to the tune of more than half a billion dollars between them.

Mayweather is on a minimum certainty of $100million (£78m), while mixed martial arts star McGregor’s share of the bounty is thought to be in the region of $80m (£63m).
