TREASURE HUNT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS: By taking part you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and the How To Enter instructions. £100,000 is the prize value across four separate weekly games. Promotion runs from July 1, 2017 until July 29, 2017. Full terms at dailymail.co.uk/treasure.
ELIGIBILITY: Games open to UK residents, exc Northern Ireland, aged 18 and over. Employees and agents of the Promoter and any third party connected with production/distribution of any newspaper may not take part, nor may their family or households. By participating in the promotion you agree you meet all eligibility requirements.
PRIZES: Four prizes of 1 x £25,000 in gold bars to be won (one in each week of the promotion). Winners may choose to receive equivalent cash value of the prize. Allow 28 days for delivery.
PARTICIPATION: You must submit your answer and details to the telephone and text numbers and/or to the email address provided on the Friday of each treasure hunt, between 6am and 10pm only. If you enter outside these times, you will not be entered into the prize draw but may still be charged (phone/ SMS only). All entrants with the correct answer will be entered into a prize draw and the winner of each treasure hunt shall be chosen at random from all eligible entries. You may enter multiple times via phone or text but only once via email for each game. You must retain four original Daily Mail newspapers from the week of the Treasure Hunt which you have entered (each Saturday to Friday) as proof of purchase if you are chosen as a winner (photocopies are not accepted). You must also supply proof of identity and age. No responsibility accepted for entries which are not correctly delivered. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the terms; (b) declare as void any claims resulting from any error(s) in any aspect of the Promotion that materially affects the number or value of claims; (c) offer a

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The winner will be contacted by phone (on the number supplied in their entry) between 12pm and 2 pm on the Saturday after the draw closes. After three attempts to contact the winner, another name will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries and that individual will be contacted. This process will continue until someone answers. The winners must agree for their name, photographs and a quote to appear in our printed publications (digital and online) in association with the promotion. A photographer will be sent to photograph the winner on the weekend they win.
