A PHotogrAPH accompanying a diary item yesterday purported to be of Lady Mancham. it was in fact of another person. We apologise for any confusion caused.

A diAry item on Saturday wrongly referred to English Heritage’s building scheme for Kensington Palace. in fact the palace is looked after by the Historic royal Palaces’ charity which prepared the plans.
