HOw to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week: Sally Field’s shoulders SALLY FIELD showed off welldefine­d shoulders on the red carpet recently.

The 70-year-old actress, who was diagnosed with bonethinni­ng disease osteoporos­is several years ago, has said she includes hiking, biking and yoga in her routine. She’s a fan of indoor cycle classes, but also of weight training, known to strengthen weak bones.

WHAT TO TRY: Shoulder shrugs tone neck and shoulder muscles. Stand with a straight back, feet shoulder-width apart and arms at sides.

Hold a dumbbell or bottle of water in each hand, palms in. Raise shoulders towards your ears by ‘shrugging’ them. Squeeze muscles as you lift, hold the position at the top momentaril­y and release. Repeat for 10-12 shrugs and do 2-3 sets.
