Is newlywed Pippa getting in shape to have children?
WEIGHT-LIFTING might conjure up images of steroid- popping Soviets built like trucks, but Pippa Middleton says it’s the key to a ‘lean feminine shape’.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister explains: ‘I always thought weighttraining was for those wanting to build a bulky body and not for creating a lean, feminine shape — but I was wrong.
‘Weight-training, strengthening and conditioning are relevant to all women and all ages — not just men.’
Pippa, who possesses one of the world’s most talked-about posteriors, says: ‘It’s a key way to concentrate on target areas that just don’t seem to be getting any firmer or smaller — think waists, tummies, backs of arms and inner thighs.
‘Another benefit is body posture improvement.’
Writing in a magazine, she adds: ‘I’ve discovered that including at least one session a week of this sort will transform all areas of your daily life — be it having more physical strength to go cycling up a challenging hill to carrying children and heavy bags simultaneously.’
Sounds like Pippa, who married financier James Matthews earlier this year, is already preparing for babies.
